By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

1. No Guarantee of Funds
   Submitting this form does not guarantee that you will receive funds. Money will be distributed based on the number of donations received and in the order applications are submitted (first come, first served).

2. Required Information
   You must provide your first name as it appears on your CashApp or Venmo account. This is the only way we can attempt to send your funds.

3. No Follow-Up If Info Is Incorrect
   We will not contact you to correct or verify your information. If your CashApp or Venmo handle is entered incorrectly, you will not receive funds. No edits can be made once your form is submitted.

4. Do Not Email
   Please do not email with questions, status updates, or edits. We are unable to respond to individual inquiries.

5. Eligibility
   This initiative is intended for Black individuals in honor of Juneteenth. By submitting, you affirm that you identify as Black.

6. Privacy & Use of Information
   The information you provide will only be used to send funds (if applicable). We will not sell, share, or store your information beyond this event.

7. Right to Refuse
   We reserve the right to refuse distribution for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.

8. Donation-Based Distribution
   Funds come solely from community donations. We are not a nonprofit or business entity. This is a grassroots, mutual aid initiative.
